The origin of Smart Tools

The Co-Founder of Smart Tools, Nick Colosi, DC, developed our IASTM tools while he was a student in chiropractic school. About half way through school, he developed Golfer’s elbow. He was treated with all different types of manual therapy to no avail. Then an intern at the school’s student clinic decided to treat him with IASTM and his conditioned resolved within a week. Motivated by this, he sought out education and IASTM tools. At the time, one would have to pay close to $3000 for the education and tool combination. Frustrated by this, he set out to design and produce his own.

Construction

Nicks father and uncle, the co-founders of Smart Tools, have over 60 combined years of experience in steel manufacturing & fabrication. Their experience, and connections were utilized throughout the design and prototyping stages to forge the initial designs of the Smart Tools.

After 2 years of continuous development and testing, the result is the highest quality, most ergonomic and affordable IASTM tools on the market today.

Education

Smart Tools has developed the most innovative IASTM education on the market, and with the most knowledgeable and dynamic instructors in the world, we can proudly say the next generation of IASTM has arrived.

Our passionate, meticulous work is represented in every Smart Tool we produce, which is still hand inspected by our founder.
